Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Physiologic, we want every appointment and program to be straightforward and fair. Please read the following policy before booking an appointment or purchasing a package. By confirming a booking or payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Appointments & Consultations
We understand that plans change. To keep appointment slots available for everyone, please give us advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
1.1 Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance can be moved to another available slot at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in part or in full at our discretion.
1.2 No-Shows
Missed appointments without prior notice are treated as a completed session and are non-refundable.
1.3 Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next patient's appointment, and the full session fee will apply.
2. Session Packages & Prepaid Plans
Multi-session packages and prepaid plans are offered at a concession over single-session pricing.
2.1 Refunds on Unused Sessions
Refunds for unused sessions in a package may be considered in the following cases:
- A medical reason, supported by documentation, prevents you from continuing treatment.
- Treatment is discontinued on the advice of your treating clinician.
Where a refund is approved, used sessions are charged at the standard single-session rate and the balance is refunded. Promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable; this will be made clear at the time of purchase.
2.2 Validity & Transfers
Packages are valid for the period stated at purchase and are personal to you. Transfers to another person are not permitted unless agreed in writing.
3. Corporate Wellness Programs
Corporate wellness engagements are governed by the specific agreement signed with your organization. Cancellation and refund terms for workshops, onsite sessions and program retainers are defined in that agreement and take precedence over this page.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. Payment gateway or transaction charges, where applicable, may be deducted.
